VIDEO #2: No Thanks, I Can’t Afford It…

Let’s face it…we are in a recession right now. Most small businesses do not have the funds to throw $10,000 at a web site to maintain their “internet presence”. They need customers now; they need results NOW. And this is where you come in!

VIDEO #3: I Don’t Want A Website.

Sometimes you are working with a client who simply does not want a web site. If you’ve gone to the trouble to create a site based on a local keyword phrase (such as HoustonLasik.com) then you can still monetize it using this nifty trick.

VIDEO #4: Joint Venture Marketing With Local Businesses.

Take your JV skills to the local level and work out a deal with a service provider for half of commissions. There are some catches to this one – for example, you need to use this technique with people who have a high profit margin.

Chiropractors, massage therapists and salons all meet this criteria because they charge $100 – $200 per visit and most of that is profit. So they are happy to pay a commission to use your proprietary joint venture system. This one has nothing to do with selling web sites or services!

There are a lot of Small Businesses all around us. In fact we come into contact with small business all the time, by the services we use, like hairdresser, dentist, local Japanese and so forth. Also when we may be doing something completely unrelated, like exercising, or having a coffee – we come into contact with people who may be potential clients.

This strategy is very simple – yet so many people overlook it. As they do not look at what is right under their noses, or worse, do not accept that it IS possible to turn a casual acquaintance into your Offline Client!
