What intrigued me to buy this in the first place was, that Ursula James- a british hypnotherapist – helped a lot of clients to achieve their drearms, but she herself was stuck in her life. In 18 months, using self hypnosis, she turned her life around, getting a new house in central London and one in France, writing 2 books, being featured on TV, finding her perfect man among other things.
